Maybe. I know only 7 counties are part of the lawsuit against the Governor


but Loudoun is not and they are still requiring masks. I haven't seen a full list but I know all of the NoVa schools outside of Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria are making them optional. Most of central Virginia (other than some near Richmond) are also optional. It might be close to a 50/50 split.
